We focus on getting the essentials right. Our buildings are well insulated, cabins are kept clean and comfortable, and each cabin includes a wood-burning stove for dependable warmth on cold nights. You can expect attentive service, fresh food, and excellent coffee throughout your stay.
We are also in a remote high-altitude environment at 14,500 feet, about a week's walk from the nearest road. Utility services can occasionally be limited, including water pressure and available power, especially during prolonged periods of poor weather. When conditions are challenging, our team provides practical alternatives and close support.
Mountain Cuisine
Our restaurant and coffee shop offer warm hospitality, mountain views, and sheltered outdoor seating. During busy periods, the upstairs dining area is reserved for resident guests. We serve home-cooked food from a focused menu, prepared in a modern kitchen with strong hygiene standards and reliable cold storage.
High Altitude Wellness
Our yak-dung-fired sauna is designed for gentle, restorative heat after long days on the trail. Sessions accommodate up to six guests and are available to both resident and non-resident visitors, subject to availability.
